I'm a virgo and an FA and I've been in super self focused hermit mode for the past two to three years. You might be excited to go into that tunnel but I'm just happy to know there might actually be an end in sight! This channel has done more to help me understand myself in the past two months than anything else I've tried in the past ...ever! Looking forward to escaping this hell and I promise to purchase as many courses as I can as soon to express my gratitude! 🙂Maybe that's a little bit of the lingering "all-in" or "all-out" bad habit of mine talking but I mean it when I say this channel has been a game changer.

I feel like I'm living too much in my internal world and that makes me look like I'm absent minded. I'm FA

Your content is so unique, and spot on. You say things that my mind clearly doesn't know, and my soul does. My soul says that he knows this. You have a unique gift to speak directly to the soul. Thank you for your work.

Wow! This is an amazing summary of what needs to be reevaluated in order to move on living one's own life. Thank you Thais. I found especially important what you said in the end - not being overly attached to who I am now and being open to possible changes and maybe even welcoming changes. This also allows to feel free from own "self-stigmatization". Just invented the word. I think when a person perceives self as a permanent set of views, it can feel like a trap. Changing one's attitude, changing one's mind can be liberating.

I love the point about connecting to your needs and the point about identity without over attachment! Also the somatic work course is one of my favorites!

Ohh this describes me to a T! I’ve been sampling a lot of the courses and unable to finish any of them, lol!. Hopefully I can settle on this somatic one. I do crave to know my feelings on a subject as it’s happening, or knowing my feelings/opinions at all.

Another great video and make so much sense the more we know self the better we feel and easier to interact with the world without the extremes of people pleasing or over self focused. Thank you Thais and love you❤
