Hi Wendy! I've already tried your mango cheesecake and it was really delicious! What I did is reduce the white chocolate to 250g but the cake is not solid enough. Perhaps because I bought the wrong cream cheese as it says can be used for cake. But when I open up the box, it looks like cream cheese spread. Perhaps next time I have to be extra careful and ensure I bought the right cream cheese that is meant for cake only. And I'm sure it will turn out well like yours!
