Massively a people pleaser in the past. Not anymore. I dont care as much what people think of me I dont need everyone to like me. I put my needs and feelings first a lot more. People pleasing with no clear boundaries is exhasting. Wish I had learned this a lot sooner. Better late than never. A lot happier with life now❤

Yes, I have always been that type due to being the loyal person to those whom harm me. Hearing this from CD who is my Idol it makes me feel better. Knowing that he goes through the same things as guys like me means a lot. Especially since I've been chasing his coolness since Born to Do it era... I can't wait for his book.... Plus I am the same way whenever I say no it's a problem and I don't see why that Pushback CD describes happens.
