Soak your veggies in warm water with 2 tbsp of soda bi carbonate or 2 tbsp white vinegar and leave it for 5 mins, drain and wash your veggies clean water and store and then you are good to consume it raw.

What does your husband do? Doesn't even make his own lunch, and you pack so much food. Great recipe for a heart attack with all this love!!! Is this to demonstrate you cooking skills and variety...anyways...just not a good practice either way as it doesn't benefit anyone, at the end and extremely controlling, won't even leave him alone at lunch time to think for himself with the notes.
