The Busiest Restaurants in Bacolod City

Negros Occidental is undoubtedly one of the best places to eat great Filipino food. We are in the capital city of Negros Occidental and we have one mission in mind: to talk to the people behind some of Bacolods, busiest and most established eateries.
From the popular chicken inasal at Aida’s Manokan to the much loved kansi at Sharyn’s Cansi House-everyone has their own personal choices, but these always came out as the most recommended ones, so we wanted to find out why.

My dad and I ate there since 1984. I miss it so much. I also remember your Grandpa, he was a billiard enthusiast through and through. He’d always acknowledge me when at Noel’s Billiard Hall as I would him. always smiling, always relaxed. I was only 14, then, skipping classes to play then eat cansi across the street, haha!

My fave restaurant by the sea is Balaring in Silay. My cousin Charmaine Campos brought me last time I went home and my goodness it was amazing. I tried Sharyns but I like Sanings cansi and Manukan country. I go home to visit my mother in Negros every 2 years. I make sure I really miss Ylonggo food before I come home. may na miss ka na puntahan sa bacolod yung tlagang pinupuntahan ng madaling araw pag ka tapos ng night out at hang over na. the place called PALA-PALA dun bibili ka ng ibat ibang klase ng isda at ipapaluto sa ibat Ibang puwesto o carenderia mostly ang pinakapaborito at pinakamasarap na pinapaluto ay TINOLANG ISDA na ang gamit na pampaasim ay BATWAN. sarappp😋😋😋
