I've been a pioneer dj for my entire career. I'll be getting 4 of these in the near future with the 1850. Only thing that would take these to the next level is making it motorized. But I have no doubt denon will do this in the near future. Everyone loves the motorized controllers

Excellent! Now you have to make: (1) Another version with 8.5" motorized platter to use it with the SC6000M, (2) Newer version of VL12 turntable with better quality tonearm and also LED display for BPM & pitch fader readings like RP-8000 (you shouldn't stop VL12 though, it was a mistake) and (3) full compatibility with TRAKTOR PRO 3 and Mac OS 10.13.6 High Sierra. (4) ROLAND drum machine TR-8S is compatible with SERATO DJ PRO... A lot of Djs are using this drum machine on stage. NOTE: Please keep in mind for any future products that MAC OS 10.13.6 High Sierra is very very stable.

Keep at least one SC2000. It's great to pair up with a Z1 mixer if you want to jam in your room on vacation.

Denon update the LC6000 software that would enable it to control Engine DJ dual deck mode on mac / pc desktop. This will be perfect for auditioning tracks in a collection or playlist. Do this and I will buy one. Thank You.

Hey Denon, i have two SC2900s and use them in hybrid midi mode with Traktor Pro. I would be very happy if one of you could find a reasonable way to use the LC6000 with Traktor so that we "old" Denon users also have an upgrade path. Thank you very much!

Not sure about this - whole issue with dual layer is remembering which wave pattern relates to which layer - hence I bought another player so have three now separate decks. What we need is new mixer.

If you look at the dual layer in the MC6000, it's color coded with the jogwheel (and the cue button if you use a Denon mixer). Not sure about other hardware.

Yeah what he said ⬆️ - I have a prime setup with 2 sc5000s, but when I use layer B, I have the jog wheel and color coded for what channel is for which track- that helps when you're jumping back and forth. Idk what the issue is here lol

I realy do not want to moan but for a god sake.. There were times, when no dj had any waveforms. Please consider using headphone cue and keep concetrated on what you are doing or just use playlist on spotify and abandon your dj aspirations.

Dear Denon team! LC6000 is a great product and I enjoy using it, but I would really like to have an ability to change the color of jog wheels. Is it possible? I am not a huge fan of green or blue colors, I would prefer white color on the jog wheels. Thank you!

No. Just saw a review and it does not work with the P4. So weird they've decided to release such a product that is supposed to be super versatile (and it is, I mean it even works with a simple iPhone) but doesn't work with the P4... :( It'll most likely happen at some point. I'm trying to figure out where the heck would you place these. Modular CDJ'S??? Next to sc6000/5000 in order to work or you are in desperate need to find a laptop, if not you're basically screwed. Or next to a controller?????? Let me guess, you pay for a full 4 channel controller the same amount for one of these but its practically useless on its own? I'm a HUGE fan of what DENON is doing right now, but c'mon guys... this is ridicolous to the point it's even funny... This is a clear move that tells they're not interesed in TRAKTOR integration.

You obviously don't get this product. It's a perfect affordable unit to control the second layers. It's not suppose to replace the main controller/player. I use Serato so this is a great controller for me.👍 I just want a lightweight 4-channel MIDI-mixer to go with it.✅🙌

@@simonmatsuyama I'm really sorry but I still have mixed feelings about these... I rememmer the sc2000 back in the days and those did the same as these for a quarter of the price. I just consider them too expensive for what you're getting. And on top of it you aren't getting any integration with Traktor (personally miles away from any other software) but i guess that entering the X1's/F1's/Z1's etc terrain is too risky. Those who use traktor, WE ARE ALONE 😂😂😂. At some point i can understand your situation, still, save up a bit more and go for the sc5000's! or you could even get a second hand one for the same price of one of these!

Honestly disappointed. I was hoping for this to be my switch of kit to change my "rider" but I need a dedicated key sync key for performance, not hold for 2 seconds. Also motorized jogs & compatibility with Traktor. Maybe next time but for now I'm sticking with Pioneer.
