also got one, for about 2 years now. drove it from luzon to mindanao. no problems so far involving reliability. only problem is my family's dogs keep chewing wires from the bottom of the vehicle. :(

My Raptor is the best car I ever owned, or driven, here in RP and in the US. I can drive it fast in rough roads and very fast in pave roads. Super light steering wheel and comfortable even in rough roads.

I got the Wildtrak X, would have enjoyed a Raptor but my parking is already tight and the cost here in Thailand is significantly more. The "X" variant has offset wheels so they fit in the flared wheel wells better, a steel push bumper and rolling bed cover. I got this for the same price as the biturbo wildtrak.

I bought the Wildtrak 4x4 same as the one shown in the video for a number of reason, My choices for 4x4 pickup where the ranger wildtrak, navara, strada, Dmax and in the end the two i have problem picking was the wildtrak and the strada but after test driving them on the same road mind you that road was by no means smooth my mind was set to the wildtrak. The suspension on the strada was like a truck it was comparable or even slightly worse than our adventure, while the wildtrak just eats those bumps and mind you the cabin was quiet unlike the strada that rattles everywhere. My honest opinion and review on the test drives i did on those pickups. The Ranger Raptor was never my choice, i do love the looks and the suspension is sweet but I'm looking for rugged pickup that can carry heavy loads without sagging at the back with the engine to match and the bi turbo is powerful and you'll feel the torque of that engine. Added bonus is you get all the tech and the interior comfort of an SUV on a pickup truck unlike the *ehem* T badge with conquest sticker ;) which mind you is only second to the raptor when it comes to price and that pickup is not in the same level interior and tech wise than the other competitors. Basically if you want a sweet ride with all the tech and interior beauty with exterior cred with that fox comfort go with the Raptor, now if you want that but want a more settle exterior just like a man in a tuxedo suit that can still lift and kick your ass in the gym while wearing a suit and still got a all the tech then go with the wildtrak. The FX4 and XLT pretty much comes down to looks since they have the same engine you can just look at them like junior raptor FX4 vs junior wildtrak XLT. oh yea before you even consider any of those, consider the price and how your gonna use it, i was looking for the FX4 4x4 auto because of the price before going with the wildtrak simple because i just needed a little bit more to get all the new tech and the beautiful exterior and I've also said to myself and this is the main reason, im not buying another car next year or the year after I'm looking for a pickup that can last a long time with the comfort of modern tech and modern interior like leather all around because i have also put that into consideration if ill buy my own cover for the car plus i can't put the safety tech in the FX4 after buying it ill have to buy a new pickup for that LOL and if your telling to to just let the dealership add that well your sweet price for a pickup will just go up and that price tag will not be so sweet and cheap like the others right? see what im going for here? @@gutadin5 my wildtrak having been 2 years since we bought it, so far have no engine related issues, still runs smooth and the gear jumps from the time we left the showroom to now has improved, you won't feel it changing gear as abrupt as the first few kms.

I love my 2020 Ford Ranger! I have an XLT 4x4 Sport US model though. As soon as the new Ford Ranger 2022 or 2023 Raptor or Wildtrack makes its way to the US, I'll be trading in for one of those! :)

Interesting to check this out and compare to what is offered in the US. I must say i prefer the styling changes they made for the US market (guess they know who they're catering to), but I would happily trade the 2.3L ecoboost for that 2.0 biturbo diesel. Maybe if the next gen one is offered with a diesel in the US then i'd consider trading in my '19 Lariat FX4 for it.

I just ordered the wild track here in the UK the raptor is exactly the same but cost about 6000 UK pounds more for what is essentially a body kit although the suspension is different on the raptor are having over coil springs rather than leaf springs also it lowers the payload on the raptor to less than one ton and if you’re in the UK and running the vehicle under the UK tax scheme you lose the advantage of getting the tax back if your vehicle is not classed as a commercial Vehicle and is under a one ton payload

Congrats to you and your Wildtrak👍. But totally disagree in regards to: "the Wildtrak is exactly the same as a Raptor". Just a body kit!?? The Raptor body is completely different, and same with suspension, hugely expensive remote reservoir long stroke double tube Fox Racing shocks with much more travel, alloy double wishbones in the front. Just the suspension set up alone, costs close to 6000 UK pounds! bigger brakes with discs front and rear, titanium paddle shifters, baja driving mode, sport seats and more
