I try all kinds of breathwork and have experienced many benefits over the years. This is a refreshing approach, slow and purposeful making each ‘rep’ count. Good job and thanks for posting!!

Hey Dan. Hope you are well. I noticed the count for the breath work is equal (in for 4 and out for 4). This is different from what I'm used to with usually doing a 2/4 (in/out) ratio. I didn't follow along to the video yet but was just curious what difference might be experienced doing it this way. I may try this next session. Cheers.

Hey Joe, sorry for the tardy response as I am just getting new to this whole online and KZbin thing. The rhythm of the breath can be manipulated in so many ways to get different results but also to still get to that same place just a different path. Give it a shot and let me know what you think I have more stuff coming. Also if you go to onlineyoga.ca you can find All kinds of breath work videos along with yoga videos and exercise videos. @@dandeluiswellness6161 Thanks for the reply Dan. Just tried this breath work and it was very effective. It felt like it was easier to relax. Probably due to the music and your calm voice. Thanks for the link. I will definitely check it out. Cheers.
