so upset, bought the PRE ORDER for the infernos and waited months for it just to be told that they ran out of my size. You’d figure that if you bought a preorder you’d be guaranteed a spot

So so so upsetting!! Although our NYC factory produced some great quality work we won't be working with them again due to their lack of timeline and quantity confirmations. We were promised 2-3 weeks turnaround, and stated 4-5 on the site to be sure. It took longer. We only listed 70% of the pants we ordered to be safe, and even less were produced! Ultimately still our fault bc even though we interviewed dozens of manufacturers, we should have ran a test run of production or something. Unfortunately, no one in NYC signs contracts (???). Hope you got an email from Kailee a while back and you'll be the first to know if size exchanges come in your size!!
