Great call walking away from that crane, as a Master Certified Crane Tech for more than 40 years, that crane needs much work. It would never be able to get certified without having the proper outriggers. I have rebuilt many cranes and that one needs help.

The Roxor is Great, $16K a 2,200cc Indian, VW Diesel clone engine, (read, bulletproof) 5 Speed overdrive tranny, Reflashable to US highway speeds ecm. Can be made road leagle in most states.

public auction is almost same price of outside if you want to get a good deal go to dealer auction car or truck or boat or any other kinds of Equpment even sometimes houses goes super cheap at dealer auction the only problem is at dealer auction you have to have a dealer license or give someone some money who has a dealer license

Per the manufacturer, the Roxor is an off-road only vehicle. It is considered a side by side UTV bythem. Your city might allow them, but it is doubtful the state allows on the highway, due to its speed, and other safety equipment as well as emissions. Check with the law before you try on the street
