It needs to be their decision. I'm glad she has carers to help out. And if he sees this, Thank you Sir for your service as a police officer. Everyone who smokes, please try to stop. Lung disease is no fun. Seeing someone struggle to just breathe is heart wrenching. Knowing how much it co tools your life, activities is not good. Having to wear oxygen day and night sucks.

The difference between the receotion staff in the US and UK is like night and day. The UK staff are more helpful albiet a little unprofessional in some interactions. Would like to see the work area tidied up several safety hazards.
