NICE!!!!!! I wonder if it being air choked is possibly a damper with a weak return spring? 4 on 8 off? That's an interesting attack timing.

Sounds plausible! And that attack timing actually kind of works with this siren because of the air restriction

It seems like the damper spring came off or the damper got stuck in the close position. And there could be the possibility of poor air intake.

I doubt this one is coded. There have been zero confirmed 12 port models with a coding mechanism, even though all of them have holes drilled to mount one. It's definitely being choked by that custom top with no intake cuts, just the openings by the ports won't do much for air intake

It's choked because the top half of the shroud has no intake holes. 5/7OCs are always 8 port, this one is a 12 port.
