Federal Fusion makes an MSR 62 grain. MSR means Modern Sporting Rifle(16-20" barrels).The powder is a faster burn for more velocity with short barrels.

Hmm. Maybe but you'd have to test it yourself to make sure it doesn't key hole at varying distances. 1:12 was meant for the 40-55gr variety so I think you may be pushing it. One way to find out though
