It’s about gov debt. They lower rates they can refinance existing debt to lower rates and inflate away the value of the principal owed. There’s currently no realistic way congress can cut spending or raise taxes to get the debt burden down

When we run out of savings, all big companies are screwed with their profits. Only necessities will be bought. Those rate cuts are nowhere near enough. Everything went up in cost that the compounding effect of everything going up has overwhelmed salaries. So unless Everything drops to 2019 prices with low interest rates...you can take those rate cuts and shove them where the sun don't shine, we are BROKE, we lost savings, we learned the lesson, NECESSITIES ONLY. If we sink, then corporation profits sink with us by force.
