Everything went up in cost that the compounding effect of everything going up has overwhelmed salaries. As of today interest rates are these. 30 yrs 6.954 15 yrs 5.645 10 yrs 7.352 So I don't see any change from last week interest. I'm still talking to the guy who is helping me to buy house and he said not much of change.
