Scapia is a credit card, so the bank decides the card limit; it depends on how strong your financial profile is, and FD is not required to take the Scapia card.

i use niyo global credit card they have added a clause that the card limit would be equal to the FD amount, and we cannot top up like we used to do before to make bigger transactions, i have to do fd of that amount to get that limit. What should i do? should i switch to scapia card?

You are right, Pratik. The Niyo SMB credit card recently updated its policy; there is no top-up feature. I recommend you take the Niyo DCB/Equitas bank debit card, which offers the same benefits as the Niyo SBM credit card.

You can take both of these cards and one forex card, like the HDFC multi-currency forex card. If credit cards don't work sometimes, then you can use an HDFC Forex card.
