So, from what I gather by this video... He composes in FL Studio, renders that to audio. Imports the audio and arranges his sets in Ableton Live. He uses dummy clips to coincide with the audio (3:37) that output data to the software frontend (LightSync @3:19, 3:44, probably programmed in Max/MSP) that goes to the secondary computer running (3:12-3:16) the video mapping software (Avenue? @1:43) then outputs to the LCD panels, and voila.

I agree! They all do the same basic things (besides reason but that is it's own thing) but its all about how they are used. I find FL better for making club tunes or kill the noise type dubstep, but reason is better for hard electro house, or ableton for your massive/razor made dubstep.

Well generally the skrilex sound is considered brostep which Feed Me does produce a lot. But doesnt matter if its brostep or not... He started producing something that became popular only recently. What i mean is that i havent seen Spor do any tunes or gigs recently its all about feed me (the stuff that sells). Tho id do that myself if i could make lots of money doing it :P Its just a bit sad since i used to love Spor so much.

I just like the way FL works, its easy and you can get really fast results, perfect for any kind of electronic produced music in my opinion. only thing is, its not that good if you want to record and mix music from instruments... Its also not good for making one-shot samples, but on the other side perfect for loops :)

+Dominik Rychlewski He's an amazing engineer from years of deliberate and intelligent practice... the software or plugins you use are obviously important but not as important as the first part :) ps. check out a guy called Billain, he uses FL studio exclusively too and he produces some of the best neuro drum n bass out there
