The apiary is really cool. The basement underneath will easily fit some centrifuges and the gene collecting stuff, breeders and incubators. Look into the elevator block, you can put one in the basement and one directly above in the dome which is otherwise sealed completely, the bees won’t use the elevator.

You might need your fluids in a fluid disk to craft with them. Just a guess, I haven't used AE2 in a while.

No a tank is the same. The only problem is our boy didn’t make a pattern and autocraft the crusher, if he did it would have worked without buckets. But to click a recipe into the grid from jei…. Ae2 doesn’t see lava in a tank (or disk) and think to provide it in buckets for you. So tldr, the ‘work with fluids directly’ thing doesn’t work for the crafting grid in the ae2 terminal, it works in the glass autocrafting block thing (atomic reconstructor?). And for a crusher..? Who’s going to bother..

Love that you brought back this series, you should build pastures for the new trees you get from breeding kinda like the old series! Plus it kinda helps solve the wood farm problem

Dear Sjin, please build a Ladybug Dome. I love how the Beedome looks, and I think a Ladybug Dome would be super awesome. And it would give you more space for Bee experiments. Maybe you could do it, when the first dome is full.

@15:25 if you have empty buckets in the ae system it should fill them for you. i'm useing the direwolf20 pack though so give it a go and see i use the same fluid drawers for my water and lava. if you have empty buckets when you click the liquid in the ae screen it should give you a bucket of that liquid.

The feeding upgrade is not random. It feeds you in order from the backpack inventory; so if you put a full stack of bread first slot, you'll never eat anything else until it's gone.

The entrance to the bee dome should be a little shack, that would look nice, attached to the opening of the dome and you could store tools and stuff related to bees

I believe the thing with crafting with fluids instead of fluid buckets only works with AE2 autocrafting

Fun fact: the Oven also has slots for cooking tools, like the Skillet and Saucepan.

He has them in there, crafted a second of each to hang on the wall because those ones in the oven did not activate the recipes for the kitchen multiblock.

At the very least, make at least the basic factory upgrade for the crusher. Pretty cheap. You can make an item that you just right click on the machine to upgrade it. Super convenient.

Make the crusher a factory... U can atleast do 3 stacks at a time... But it might require another solar panel... Have a bee for each type of Log...

Is the lava showing in the item list? if it isn't you haven't linked it to the drawer controller or some issue with the storage bus is preventing it. Once you have the lava showing in the terminal you should be able to just click it in there to get a bucket of lava... assuming there are some empty buckets

I've caught up on this series the last few days and it's been a fun watch. Two points/suggestions: 1 - I think you have a few ender lilies - might be worth planting for some slow passive ender pearls. 2 - Not sure if it exists in this version or pack, but Chickens/Roost would be a fun addition for generation of a couple of resources.

Cakes are good. But not here in the US where they are way too sweet. I always buy my cakes at the asian supermarket where they taste much better and they use real whip cream instead of that sweet nasty goo called butter cream I think.
