So scrumptious looking, I am going to get the ingredients and make very soon, I like that there isn't a lot of sugar, and I must admit breads, thick bread like pumpkin, zucchini, banana, spice cake, pound cake are my favorite breads I don't have to have chocolate or icing I like the one slice in my hand kinda desserts, this will be great, it has coconut and that already made it a no hands down WINNER!

You could but you would have to adjust the sugar in the recipe depending on if it's sweetened or unsweetened 👍🏾

I am surprise you are a jamacian cook and you don't remove the eyes from the eggs. Regardless love watching your shows. I tried your festival follow the recipe to the tee didn't turn out like yours bitter from cinnamon. I will stick to the package, no problem there. 🙏🙏😢😢🇨🇦

Thanks for watching! It's not necessary to remove the "eyes". It's actually a myth that it makes the egg raw

The recipe I use only requires half teaspoon of cinnamon...🤔 that should be barely noticeable much less make the entire batch bitter
