Brian Barczyk was a passionate wildlife enthusiast and vlogger who dedicated his life to sharing his extraordinary journey with animals on KZbin since May 10, 2016. His remarkable adventures led him to be part of TV network series, produce “Brian In The Wild” a documentary in South Africa, travel globally to encounter incredible animals and their advocates, initiate “Checking In” a podcast, establish “AnimalConUSA” a convention for animal content creators and their fans, and create The Reptarium - an interactive reptile zoo in Utica, Michigan, among many many other achievements.
In March 2023, Brian faced the greatest challenge of his life with a diagnosis of inoperable Pancreatic Cancer. His strength, courage, and the unyielding support of the incredible #ReptileArmy community inspired him to continue sharing his story and pursuing his dreams, even in the toughest times.
Brian's vision for the LegaSea Aquarium & The Reptarium, a symbol of resilience and the power of dreams, is now a legacy that his crew and family are devoted to bringing to life in his honor. Mike is a likeable guy. But as importantly, to me, is that he does his research and can educate us, while having fun. He seems rushed, though, in the vlogs and needs to slow down and avoid sensationalism, and give us everything he has. Which is a lot. More camera time, please, for him.

Well said. I think despite the grief they are all dealing with they are putting out great Vlogs and going from strength to strength with them. Yes there are big shoes to fill and they won't be like Brian but they will be the best versions of themselves because they have had the benefit of Brian's teaching, love and commitment to the reptiles and animals. Brians influence love and teaching will be in each of them and it's made them the great bunch they are today. I believe with Lori's steadfast commitment to Brian and his legacy she will continue to guide Noah and the crew and yes there will be ups and downs, good vlogs and not so good vlogs but just remember these guys are only human and being human we are programmed to make mistakes and feel all sorts of emotions and we are no better than anyone else so give the guys a break, cut them some slack and ask yourself Could your do any better in the same set of circumstances?, I can guarantee the answer will be a resounding NO!!!!! So think before you comment and if you've got nothing nice to write don't write it at all.

Great Vlog!!! Jay, Noah, Mike, Jay, and Jackson, I love watching the Big Snakes getting fed. Mike is becoming an Old Professional with Big Snake feeding. You Guys are definitely making Brian proud. To see how far You Guys have come. Great Video-graphers, Great Zoo Keepers, Zoo to You Coordinators, Event Coordinators, and just Lori's Grown Men. The transition is amazing. I remember four goofy little guys. Who used to make Brian laugh, but get on Lori's last nerve. Now I see Men with families. Who are taking on important duties with this Company making Lori's life so much easier. Always remember Gentlemen. Clean as You go. Organization - a place for everything, and everything in its place. Continue to learn Everything about this industry. Women hate cleaning up after messy Men. Even when They say they don't mind, they really do. Something to think about with the car show. Who is cleaning up afterwards? Smarter not Harder. Is a Company catering and cleaning up afterwards? If not Who is in charge of the tables, chairs, trash cans, decorations, and other stuff? Where is the stuff going to be stored after the event? (Hopefully not a spot that was just cleared from clutter.) Who is the clean up crew? Enjoy the Process!!!

Did anyone else notice that Butterscotch when to strike at the reflection of the rabbit in the enclosure beneath her but pulled back before she did realizing that that Mike had the actual rabbit? She pulled back before she hit the glass so she knew it was a reflection maybe upon seeing herself. I was under the impression that reticulated pythons were not on the list of animals that would recognize their own reflection. Maybe she just realized it was a reflection in general et cetera she immediately turned after that false strike and went toward Mike
