alatravelrn You are not the universal donor. O negative is the universal donor. O pos can only receive O pos or O neg. The universal recipient is AB pos. They can receive A, B, AB or O, either positive or negative. Positive can receive positive or negative. Negative can only receive negative. Hope this helps. PS - you are the most common blood type, though. AB neg is rarest at 0.2% of the population. Have a good day.

I think I heard Brian mention a few times, in past videos, that ball pythons & corn snakes are good starter snakes. Watching ball pythons & corn snakes in his videos, I would go with a ball python as they seem a little less energetic than the corn snake.

I owned a tokay gecko. He was super mean too. I handled him all the time trying to break him of it and nothing worked. Eventually i was able to hold him and he would just growl at me with out biting. Make sure he is well fed next time before picking him up. Mine would eat like 5-10 meal worms and would let me pick him up at night. I loved looking at his hands on the glass. They have lines that suction to the glass. So Cool! I named him Spot because he had orange spots on his back....i know, not very original. Any suggestions on a name for him yet?

This is awesome :) I loved to see my reptile be represented on this show. I have a tokay and I was lucky enough for him to be both healthy and non-aggressive. Even still I have to work diligently with him to keep him passive towards me. Yet still, he, as with most notoriously aggressive reptiles, there are days he might be stressed and bark has never bit me though which I am thankful for. I don't know if considering the age of this tokay gecko whether he can be made passive but I can say they can be a little more than a centerpiece for some owners, but only through large time investments. He is one of only two of my reptile friends so I can afford him the time. Thank you so much for your videos. I love potato and have been thinking of caring for a similar type of animal and I definitely know it is you who inspired that. So thank you!

Brian I’ve been a big fan for a long time but sometimes I disagree in your methods and while I can maybe see it being an idea to handle them for the Vets or whatever, it annoys me seeing you handle snakes who clearly dont like it. Aos you know all snakes have their own personality and attitude and you have plenty of snakes large and small that are great to bring out and handle for education or enjoyment, so it really winds me up to see you mess with Lucy when she’s clearly temperamental and doesnt like the contact so leave her be unless there is genuine concern leave her alone she’s beautiful enough to admire from comfortable distance, that way not only are you safe from a but but she’s far lesss stressed. Again though huge fan and as your the expert if you disagree tell me why, always keen to learn but I’ve given my personal thoughts have a good day man congrats on your success from here in England!

Tanya Duncan how was this click bate? He got bit by a reptile, that’s what the title of the video said, that’s what happened. He didn’t poke at Lucy. He used the snake hook to push her head away to keep her head in one direction so he could get her moving around and to check on her. This is something all retic keepers do. He has genuine love for his animals and I see it consistently. So I think you need to do more research on retic keeping and reptile keeping in general.

@@christiansiera4507 not that I don't love him but he doesn't take as good care of his snakes as you'd think a lot of them have mites and his snake racks aren't to good there's no enrichment for them and the cages he had lucy in was waaayyy to small for her they should be able to stretch the length of the cage they couldn't even do that and the way he handle the tokay gecko in this video everyone knows tokays are rude and it's best to leave them alone unless you've worked hard to tame them down he did it for views he could have just as easily showed them off without picking them up and stressing them out

Kai Lil BHB is a breeding facility, there for the animals are going to be in breeding set ups. Long as they’re fed, have water, proper temps, and proper humidity, they are okay. Ball pythons and retics do long as they have the basic requirements, they are fine. Please do your research. This is how retic breeders and balky python breeders and even some owners keep multiple snakes which is actually okay. Please do research. Smaller enclosures actually make the snakes feel secure. Especially when it comes to retics and ball pythons. Also with retics, as long as the enclosure is half the length of the snake it is a suitable enclosure. Also he never had mites at his facility and disproved all rumors and myths about BHB that was spread by ex employees whom he fired for numerous reasons. Those reasons include neglect of the animals which those employees did. He trusted those employees and they failed him. Tokay geckos are defensive animals and even slight handling can actually slowly desensitize them to touch and make them realize we are not going to eat them. Also “the video was about “scary animals” tokays are included in that. He’s also an entertainer therefore he’s going to do stuff that will be for views like entertainer which is why he showed off these “scary animals.”
