Man expected calorie nikalne Ka method (age multiply 2) + 8 …… hr age group me ease hi nikalna h? Like koi 2.9yr Ka baby h to 2.9❌2 = 5.8+8 = 13.8 uska expected body weight hoga? Plz reply

To calculate expected calories, first expected weight should be calculated. So you have calculated expected weight. Now for 13.8 kg weight, expected calories will be 1000+(50X3.8)=1190 kcal

While calculating expected calories why don't we multiply by 16 as it is the expected weight ???

Formula for calculating expected calories between 10-20 kg weight= 1000+ (50 X weight above 10 kg) So in this weight above 10 kg is 6 kg So 1000+(50X6)=1300 kcal Hope you understand the formula for calculating expected calories

Expected calories at 4 Years age or 16 kg weight will be 1300 kcal by Both Holiday Segar and bedside methods. I have calculated both expected calories and protein at 16 kg weight. Formula for calculating expected calories between 10-20 kg weight= 1000+ (50 X weight above 10 kg) So in this weight above 10 kg is 6 kg So 1000+(50X6)=1300 kcal Hope you understand the formula for calculating expected calories
