Welcome to the NICU! It can be an intimidating place when you’re a parent. Since you’re the most important person in your baby’s life, we want to empower you with all the info you need, so that you can take an active role in your baby’s care.
We designed this video series to be an introduction to the world of the NICU, and all that you can do when you’re there to help your baby grow and develop.
We’ve also created an introductory booklet, free to download and share, which gives you even more information and is available in multiple languages.
Remember … this is a marathon, not a sprint. Take breaks, eat right, and reach out. Support is all around you. You are not alone.
