How do i exactly "get into the body" I've realised my mind is so powerful as in it has a total grip or control over me.

@@Madhavthatsit first, it’s great that you are aware that you are Identified with mind. But to create space and began to dis identify you can bring awareness to your breathing and your inner body. Feel your body from within. Like, feel the air in your nostrils, the aliveness in your hands and feet, consciously feeling your heart beat, etc. “If you are finding it hard to get in touch with the inner body, it is usually easier to focus on your breathing first. Conscious breathing will gradually put you in touch with your body. Breathe into your body and feel your abdomen expanding and contracting with each inhalation and exhalation.” Eckhart Tolle
