Feel like a fraud - Do you ever get over the Imposter Syndrome?

Hi mohan , great video as always. I think you are the only person I know who's working in IT for over a decade. I'm a (fresher) developer at a very small organisation, I don't know how to meet expectations. Like they'll assign something Which I don't understand at all and then the deadline is decided so close that I can't fathom how do I even complete it. There's nobody to ask for help. How do I manage stuff, how do i answer "Why do you need so long to complete" Or " How can there be an error?" I'm losing patience and hairs. If you have few minutes to spare , please help.
