Hey, you wrote that doing it 3 days in a row. Is doing this exercise for 30 days, every 2 days too much and unnecessary? Im planning on putting it in my bio plan and i do the plan normaly for 30 days before changing it. Kind regards

Yeah, I say 3 times as a minimum to start really experiencing results. Between 5-10 is amazing. My suggestion would be to add a grounding series of exercises in between every 3 sessions.
