Thank you very much. Very nice exercise. Especially the 1st figure. In (shamanic) energy medicine, this can resets the fight-or-flight mechanism (in a light version). The hands connect the heart chakra with the sacral chakra. So that the heart chackra “sets the pace again”. Reduces adrenaline and cortisol in the body.

Thanks so much for your feedback Stephanie :) On a personal level life has definitely improved since 2017! On a national level, I'm still glad I have Tai Chi & Qi Gong to help me staying centred during this pandemic. I hope you are finding what you need to resource you through these times as well.
