I enjoy this and I like breathing exercises, but in this practice I was surprised that you said that it is ok to breath in with the mouth, I thought it was encouraged to use the nose in qigong. We got the nose for breathing and if you breath in through the mouth you miss the important nitric oxide that is produced in the sinuses and that has a big impact on our trachea/windpipes.

This is great, thank you! I've got issues with my heart rate, and so I haven't been able to do standing routines lately. I haven't liked the sitting routines out there- they're often designed for seniors and kind of boring. This gets close to hitting the spot though!

Oh I’m so happy that you uploaded some thing again I was wondering what happened to youI watched a couple of your videos of the ones from the 15 minute meditation is amazing I felt really calm and relaxed all day and I could focus than the one before bedtime I slept so well one time when I did it I have never slept that well in my adulthood so it really does work. Can I use to go on anything on my dog was having back issues in lots of pain?
