Feeling enough (For men)

I know I can't speak for men, I have the privilege of being a woman. But today's EFT had a bunch of beautiful men joining us. We spoke about the pressures, the overwhelm, the burden. And so all of this is so pervasive in their experience, I'd like to call it EFT for feeling enough.
