Been single for a year. Some days are harder but one thing I learned ladies is that you don’t need outside validation to feel good about yourself it must come from God and within. Once you focus on yourself you will experience so much peace. As women we all want to be adored by a man but God already adores us!! Summer Gunn the truth is that the vast majority of us will never find true love. It’s a horrific truth to swallow. I believe it will take about two or three generations for this dire social issue to be turned around. I’m 31 and I have NEVER been in a healthy relationship. So 20 mins into the video and I had to join the bless tribe. I am bewildered as to why this powerful video got so many dislikes, its ludicrous! Tony is teaching us, teaching me how to workout at home, how to enjoy my own company, how to build myself, how to be a better version of myself, all FOR FREE!! What is wrong with people. Invest in exercise but ALSO see a nutritionist AND have a solid blood test. It took me until I was 36 to be able to consistently lose weight because my attempts to eat healthy still had too much hidden sugar and not enough iron and potassium. I'm 40 and gyms aren't reopening until next week... but I'm STILL dropping sizes. You're in your TWENTIES ... you can do this! Also, if no one has ever told you: YOUR LIFE IS VALUABLE. You are not here by mistake; your life has value and purpose. In 8 billion people, YOU ARE HERE BECAUSE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. Keep pursuing your life until you REALIZE this truth for yourself and find out all of WHY (hint: you are going to need all of your human lifespan, so plan on living a long time and enjoying it)!

I needed this. I’ve been single for six years and recently my parent’s 35 year marriage ended and it’s really hit me. As a result I’ve felt for the first time in a long time that I want a partner and that I’m undesirable because it’s been so long. I thought that I was all done working on myself while single, but I am not. The fact that my parents marriage ended and I’ve been struggling with that is a sign right there- I need to address my changed views on relationships. Finding someone won’t change the distress that this has caused. I know deep down that a partner won’t actually fix what is going on with me. I still have work to do and if someone comes along during that then great, but I’m not going to waste another second wallowing about being single. It’s okay to feel lonely but it’s not serving me to live in such a low spot.

For me I’ve just been single for 2 months now, no kids I enjoy the piece and quiet, but I miss the companionship and taking to him, I may not see him everyday but he was always taking to me everyday. It’s hard to have no more contact But I’m all focused on my faith, family and fitness, so just feel lonely. Also living alone makes it hard.
