Feeling Negative About Bodily Appearance
In many respects, my body image has not really been at the forefront of my attention especially since I have gotten older but recently I started to notice just how much my body is changing in what definitely feels like not such a good way.
Today I talk about an experience that I had that really caused me to feel quite insecure about how my body was looking and feeling and the awareness that came up around the whole situation.
