My deepest gratitude and appreciation. I was so triggered by articles in my local paper yesterday that fear and many other dis-empowering, unsettling emotions exhausted me. I managed to sleep last night rememberingI am not alone. This morning the thoughts were strong. I was so relieved to see this meditation. I will certainly be turning to it often for the divine support I need right now. Feeling safe has been a real challenge for me since childhood and your divine guidance is helping me to rise above my fears of being here on earth, especially right now.
