There was smoke all over it was 5F and. I thought the fire place was out and awoke with smoke thru the whole house. We stopped the smoke and put the bathroom vent on. Yet I awoke and now smoke smell is everywhere and I’m having heart palpitations, and concern for my breathing, my two beautiful cats and my husband sleeping next to me. I know there isn’t smoke 💨 filling the room yet it’s all I can smell. We opened the windows for 30 min yet it’s freezing out. We can’t open the windows while we sleep. When I awake in a few hours I’ll light candles 🕯 they can’t help absorb smells and smoke! Omg I feel I can’t sleep... I need to listen to my family/ him sleep?! Thank you

This is awesome for spontaneous attacks but I have real stuff happening in my life so hearing that I am strong enough and that I will make it through would be awesome. When I worry about homelessness, saying there is no danger or threat didn't help. Love the rest though.

I was hoping I was on my way through recovery.. but I still do not feel like myself. Most of the intense feelings have left. But I still feel like my life is fake and was never real. Is this normal? And has anyone else felt this way? Please let me know.
@RealSwamyG4 жыл бұрын
Recovery takes time. Some of the symptoms like feeling unreal are the last to leave. How are you working towards recovery?

Swamy G thank you for responding. I work out everyday and use meditation everyday. During this time of quarantine, my work has shut down. I think it makes me feel more confused since I don’t go to work everyday. I continue to reality test which I know is bad.. but once I feel that I am not normal or thinking like I did before this occurred it freaks me out more. Your videos have been very helpful to me.

Swamy I smoked weed and I had the worst experience of my life where I thought I was going to die because of how fast my heart was beating. I’ve felt still high 4 days later. And feel like I am losing my mind, and at some points I have intrusive thoughts, and feel like I’m not in control of my actions(but I am). I’m pretty sure I have DP but I’m not sure. I’m only 15 and I’m pretty scared but can’t get any face to face help Becuase of the Virus. Do you know if we can connect online or if I can connect with someone else with Dp.
