clixche I used to have quite a few guinea pigs when I was younger. My mom said I was taking care of too many and that I had to give them away, with one left remaining. Thinking it can’t and therefore won’t is an unhealthy way of thinking in which you let one event speak for any and all future ones. Things change. I felt like for a long time with someone and when I opened up to them about a lot of my feelings I felt so relieved but I can relate to this so much because I never wanna bother anyone with my problems so I end up just bottling it all up and breaking and it isn’t good for my mental state so I wanna give advice for anyone feeling this way, find someone you trust dearly and slowly open up and when it gets comfortable just tell them everything and then if you feel down you can go to them! Umi 1rt9st, that’s okay!! Crying is healthy!! And it’s good you opened up! It’s nice you have a sister you can go to with your problems especially since she’s a part of your family so you hopefully won’t develop a hopeless crush on them.... I made some mistakes..... that was one of the downsides of opening up to someone for me I got so attached to them I started to develop a romantic interest in them. And I’m SUPER awkward so I practically die when talking to them but I love talking to them! I never fall in love. So when I do, I feel it wholeheartedly. When I fell in love with my ex, she was my life. But, she lived across the country from me so I’ve never seen her in real life, only in video chats and stuff. We both have anxiety so we both always felt awkward about texting each other first, even so, I was always the one texting first. The only times she ever texted me first was when she needed emotional support or advice. She never once texted me saying to have a good day. I tried to vent to her once, but she just told me how that text ruined her day and bad stuff kept happening that day, which left me even more emotionally distraught. Multiple times she broke up with me for emotional reasons and every time I always took her back. She was and still kinda is my reason to live. Eventually she said that she really didn’t feel like we were dating because we would go days without texting each other (I didn’t feel this way) I never argued with her about it in fear of making her cry, so I accepted it and she broke up with me, leaving me emotionally scarred and needing therapy. I know I phrased this to make it sound like she was a manipulative bitch or something, but no, she is an amazing person but she just didn’t like me that way anymore I guess. I still really really like her, and would take her back in an instant, but I don’t want to force anything so I just stay quiet, for her sake. She is still one of my best friends and I don’t wanna make her leave me completely, but sadly, unlike me, she falls in love easily, and only 2 weeks after breaking up, she found someone else, and I saw multiple posts of hers saying she is so grateful to be dating her and even saying that her new girlfriend got her through something (I forgot what) and supported her. I couldn’t help feeling jealous. I’ve supported her through so many things, like her moving 3 times the entire time I’ve known her, and supporting her during her time with her abusive father (they’re moving FAR away from him, he is an ASSHOLE) and I’ve almost always responded to her texts whenever I got them, even if it was at 3 am and I had been asleep. She was my only reason to live, so I’m just trying to hold out for as long as possible for her sake. I hate myself but I pretend to like myself so she doesn’t worry. Even if she isn’t “Mine” anymore, I’m still trying not to lose her forever, because if I lose her completely, I might break. Oof sorry about the rant 😅 Edit: didn’t realize how long this was 0-0

This is almost relatable. I ball up my emotions and I say it's like filling a balloon up with air, it can only take so much. And so when something stupid happens and I cry over it, my mom yells at me because it was just I don't know a glass breaking! And so that's the first blow of air in the balloon. It's a endless loop, and sense nobody bothers to ask me "Are you okay?" I don't know how to help my friends when something happens, I lost a friend because of that(I had to stop talking to them because I couldn't help them) and I will never forgive myself for that. When I tell my brother about being ''Depressed" (I don't think I am-) He just yells and tells me "I am too so shut up." And I am to scared to tell my mom everything, I am scared. I tell my friends and they say something else or just go offline till they can change the subject. So I am done trying to tell people, I'll just keep getting my balloon popped.
