Probably not, I don't have Ronin SC and I only test gimbals with A7 III which is my reference camera for gimbal testing.

Great video! I noticed it is the same app as the g6 Max , Do you know if you could use the ak 2000s with a smart phone camera, and have the controls from the gimbal to control the record function , and zoom, like on the g6 Max?

hello William, I am subscribed to your KZbin channel and I really liked the review you made on the AK2000S gimbal that I recently purchased too but I have a problem in connecting my Sony A7 iii camera with one of the cables supplied , I use the USB2 / USBTYPE C cable and insert the USB terminal "in CAMERA2 of the gimbal and the USB TYPE C terminal in the camera, on the camera I set USB CONNECTION on AUTO and USB LUN SETTING on MULTI but when I turn on the camera on the gimbal the icon of the camera remains off and the word USB MODE CONNECTING remains on the camera screen - where am I wrong, what parameters do I have to set to make everything work? Thank you very much if you can help me and see you soon

That base plate is pure excellent design. Can be that base plate used on the ronin SC ? I would like to get one of this and use it on my ronin. My A6400 and a6500 have Smallrig cages which have the arca styled bottom part, so it would be perfect solution for me to quickly remove my camera from the gimbal.

Depends on your preferences, Weebill S is great, although I like the touch screen and mounting system on AK2000S a lot. Weebill LAB has weak motors, I definitely recommend Weebills S over Weebill LAB.

I have handycam Sony fdr ax-53 with a Multi socket and I would like to control the camera from the gimbal level (recording on / off, zoom). Will it be possible with the Sony USB control cable: Type C to Multi, which is included?

Quality video and presentation as always . Have you had the chance to test the AK4500 and if what is your opinion? I’m considering buying the AK2000s or the AK4500 for my Fujifilm xt3. I am aware that the AK4500 currently don’t support xt3 and it’s bigger but it’s ok. I currently have the opportunity to get it for a great deal. Thanks 🙏

I wouldn't get either of those. Weebill S and AirCross 2 are much better gimbals overall.

I have the Ak2000 and the only complaint I have with it is that the mounting plate has 3 positions, and cannot be adjusted more, so with smaller lenses from my X-T3 like the 18-55 I cannot attach lens support piece. Did they fix this?

There is no reason to use the lens support piece with a small lens such as 18-55. That is meant for large lenses such as 24-70mm F2.8 full frame lenses.

Thanks, you really do a very thorough review. I was going to buy a Weebill S but after just watching Vu from nVu films latest video on the Weebill and how two of the motor locks has already broken, I began to search for a different brand of gimbal that would be a bit better built.

Those motor locks are very fragile on every gimbal, those are not meant for carrying the gimbal in backpack or anything like that.

This is a great gimbal but Feiyu says it will not support Sony's new A6600 camera. I contacted a tech from their company and he says they have no plans to update the software to support the new Sony a6600 flagship camera. As well, the gimbal does not support a number of other cameras, such as the Sony RX100iii or older models.

I believe they do support the a6600, just not via Wifi, only via cable connection - I believe in the newer alpha cameras, cable connection no longer disables steady-shot, so you can use the cable connection to control the a6600 (and a7RIV). I have both the a6600 and the a7RIV, and connect via cable to other gimbals for remote control and my steady shot is still active.

The AK2000S is very cost-effective, and its performance is very stable. It is a great gimbal.

Thank you, Object tracking on any gimbal is just a gimmick that you will use once and then forget about it. It is very inconvenient to use and difficult to setup, so I don't care about that at all.
