A lot of people are being slightly disparaging of her accomplishment by saying she wasn't fat to begin with. That's not the point. She may not have looked obese but she had flab and as anyone who's trying to lose flab knows, it's bloody hard. So the fact that she succeeded makes it as impressive as any obese person becoming ripped.

The biggest thing is that she wasn't fat but she "wasn't fit & healthy" as well And as soon as she realized this she transformed herself ❤️ She didn't wait for more fat to cover her waist and then start. That's why this video is more Inspiring atleast for me. We should accept reality and should know the correct meaning of fitness rather than sit on a couch, making excuses & fooling ourselves ✌

I came to realize that maintaining your lost weight is better than losing that weight fast. Long term effect will always be better than short term and there are no shortcuts to this. Danke 😊 dein Video hat mich echt dazu gebracht mit dem Sport anzufangen. Mache jetzt seit drei Wochen fast täglich für 20 Minuten ein paar Übungen und merke bereits, dass ich nicht nur wieder kn alte Hosen rein passe, sondern mir die Übungen auch immer leichter fallen. 👍🏻 mir gefällt das Video richtig gut, dein "progress", die wöchentlichen Fotos und die Art und weise wie das Video geschnitten ist, mit der Musik.. richtig gut 🥰

This video is helping so much because my body is the SAME. They always upload people that is severely obese and lose weight easily (physics stuff: the more you weigh the faster you lose it) but NEVER people like us that have extra fat that ruins our natural body shape, and it's harder to lose. Das Video ist super gut geworden! Es hat mich sehr motiviert dazu mehr für meinen körper zu tun. Ich find es nämlich schade. Früher war ich sehr sportlich und jetzt mach ich gar kein sport mehr außer in der schule. Am Sonntag starte ich und ich hoffe ich zieh es diesesmal durch da ich es schön öfters versucht habe aber jetzt habe ich mehr geplant was z.B. auch meine Ernährung angeht. Ich hoffe ich werde mein Ziel erreichen, danke für deine Motivation! People need to realize that no matter what weight anyone starts at it is an incredible accomplishment! Everyone’s weight is a big deal to them, and we need to remember how much we want to lose weight and not minimize someone else’s weight just because they have less to lose.
