I’ve been stuck on this stage for 3 years. Maybe it’s because I have ADHD but I can’t seem to visualize the cube in my head at all. Every time I try I end up spacing out or just getting really confused. My F2L has been consistently 10 seconds long for as long as I can remember I can’t seem to improve

As Jayden said in hii video, before learning lookahead your f2l stage should be efficient by knowing how to solve tricky cases or when is better to rotate.

Question: how can we improve our lookahead from oll to pll? Like how does max have exactly zero pauses between oll and pll. Its like it's all one algorithm. I average about 9 seconds and I still have about 0.3 to recognize oll and about 0.5 to recognize pll
