I have never seen this print being restored. This is way better than the prints that were unrestored since it was missing the main titles where the print got beat up since it has shown on Public Domain VHS tapes for years.

I cannot stand these cartoons, even as a kid who had a felix the cat fixation I HATED this group of 3 "Felix" cartoons. But this is very fascinating to see it being restored!

I just noticed that they must have had trouble synchronising the crashing waves during panning shots, particularly during the sword fight. You'll notice the waves speed up when the camera pans to the left

@@sonicfanboy3375 No it is the one by the Chinese developer "Dragon Co." who also made "Wait and See", "Tom and Jerry 3", and the Infamous "The Lion King 5" yeah the one where Simba comes to his demise in the game over screen

Not the final version; several shots near the end were cleaned up separately. Those are mostly here but not entirely, so that's why there is a black spot on this work-in-progress.

This was my introduction to Felix believe it or not. Shame only 3 were made, there was potential for Felix to continue there.

Oh, really? That's unfortunate. Felix having a voice, despite him having a voice in the movie that I just remembered existed, is kinda cool. I actually watched this one a LONG time ago. I remembered being amazed by the fact that a Felix the cat cartoon was in color and Felix had a voice.

@@MalekMasoud I'm not really sure, to be honest. Back then I would probably say anybody from Disney to...whoever was around back then, animation studio wise I mean. But today? No. Just no. I don't want anybody touching anything now after so many controversies and screw ups. Even if what I've been watching was good, I still have to keep my eyebrow raised, questioning when the flop is going to happen.
