1:45, One MAJOR DOWNSIDE of these "PROTEIN" labeled products are their price. The companies take advantage of this "diet marketing" strategy even though it only maybe contain 1-2g more protein per 100ml in such product. I would suggest just using normal milk in this scenario, even though Feli says to use "PROTEIN MILK".

Why is a 70kg man eating 213g of protein? I'm a bodybuilder as well. I'm about the same height as you but I'm 80kg at the moment. I eat around 145-160g of protein per day. I train heavy and hard five days per week and have improved my physique over the last couple of years quite a bit. 200g of protein is overkill for me, and I'm 10kg heavier. If you WANT to eat 213g of protein, cool. You're an awesome chef and an incredible source of recipes. But there's virtually no reason why you should eat that much protein other than because you want to.

Hi, like your channel but i'd also like to give some feedback. I'd like your recipees to also give more information about fiber and dietary fiber and for you to expand your content in that direction too and the importance of eating a balanced diet. Perhaps adding an entire chapter dedicated to meals containing lots of fiber, so that people are better able to fit them in their diet. Quite important to the overall health of the body. I can say for myself that it's extremely easy to eat zero dietary fiber in a day with all your other macros looking perfect. Because of how many carbohydrates and processed foods we eat, low consumption of fiber and dietary fiber is an even bigger issue than protein (with people in developed countries possibly consuming too much protein compared to only a fraction of the adult population eating enough fiber) increasing the risk of chronic illnesses. Fiber intake is also liable to be cut while cutting weight, because a lot of the stuff containing fibre contains a lot of calories. It's also not very intuitive. Lots of foods that people think gives a lot of fiber are quite rubbish per calorie or per gram. We've got a bit of a gastrointestinal issues epidemic that the horrendous fibre intake statistics and their known important role aren't adequately being talked about.

Thank you for all your hard work. I do have one question : inspired by what I learned in your videos, I started creating my own low calorie high protein high taste recipes. But the issue I run into is figuring out the nutrition information for the ingredients. Even something as simple as boneless skinless chicken breast can vary by 50 to 100 percent depending on source. Same with rump roast for example. Any tips on where to get the best info? That might be a good video idea too, how to create your own recipes. Thank you!

Even though you eat 200g of protein it doesn't mean that you eat the most nutritious food. Eating so much processed food like peanut powder, protein bars (with sugar), some protein premade products is not going to be good for your health in the long run. It's much better to eat whole foods and get protein from mainly from animal sources as it's much easier to digest and contains all the aminoacids that our body needs. Peanut protein is not good. You can eat as much as you want of it but you will still lack some essential aminoacids which make later decrease your health.

Hi Felu, love your videos. I have a newbie question. Cooking the chicken for a minute on each side and approximately 5 more mins after adding the rice, is that cooking time enough to kill all the bacteria in the chicken? I tried your chicken fried rice recipe and it tasted really good. While having it I did not "feel" that the chicken was undercooked, however, just wanted to ask this as i am always used to cooking chicken for a longer time (10-15 mins atleast). My reasoning has always been that it needs that time to kill all the bacteria, perhaps I am wrong?

If your chicken is cut up small like in the video, it will cook quick. If your cooking larger pieces, you'll want to cook it longer. You can always use an instant read thermometer to make sure your meat reaches temp.

Have you done a video on or looked into protein digestion limitations, as how much gets digested/absorbed based on amount consumed in an amount of time? We can contrast eating quickly vs slowly or even 'sipping' over a longer time than just a sit down meal. and then contrast Isolate vs casein etc.. its a lengthy debate for sure with arguments for both side of the 'how much protein' discussion.. even if digestion isnt gonna absorb it all, it may be worth excess to ensure vs dont need as much daily total grams if consuming in a way that doesnt allow as much to pass thru unabsorbed. Anyway just an idea for a future video if interested. Thanks for the videos, that walking pad looks cool and they have one that allows running for those wanting that.

I think the main take away from this video is not necessarily the diet, because everyone have certain tolerance and intolerance when it comes to food. Notice how everything he consumes is weighed out via a food scale. That is the biggest take away. Portion control, calories in and out, being precise. The treadmill in the morning while working is godly. The main thing keeping people obese is a sedentary lifestyle and overconsumption.

Carbs are good but only if you work out. There's been studies that show that people that don't work out that eat a lot of carbs. They mostly get stored in their fat tissue, but if you have a lot of muscle, those carbs are just getting burnt up for energy for your work out. So the more muscle you have, the more you can break down carbs. But if you don't go to the gym, it's a lot harder to get rid of carbs and they usually go to your fat cells.

Main issues with this way of eating is the insane amount of dairy. Cream cheese, whey protein, milk, yogurt. It just destroys my stomach. More dairy-free recipes would be welcomed!

It's hard to find replacements for yogurt and casein protein specifically which he uses in like pretty much every recipe lol. Yogurt replacements are often much higher calorie and there just isn't anything like casein. Generally dairy replacements are higher calorie and processed

See this amazing, but the problem here would be the price. In my country an average weekly shop for a 1 person flat for example would be like no more than 50. Saw in another comment you spend 100-150 weekly?

I can't imagine eating 200 grams myself. It is way too much. Since, i am not very tall, i used to eat around 150 grams per day and it farts were unreal. My digestion was complete shit. Felt better when i reduced to 120 grams per day while still making gains and all of the bloatings are gone.

no no no! I bought one, and within a week my downstairs neighbour knocked on my door and asked me to lower the volume. It makes quite the vibration due to the pressure.

They're fruits in the botanical sense, but they're vegetables in the culinary sense. Heck, botanically, tomatoes are not only fruits but (more specifically) berries, as are bananas, avocados, and pumpkins, but not strawberries and raspberries! Good luck talking like that in the kitchen! :p Felu is operating in the culinary world here, not the scientific/botanical world. So he's fine to call tomatoes vegetables rather than fruits. :)
