Ummm, I would like more of this please. Chabooya is already ahead of anyone else starting out because of her strength and athletics background. With just a little practice she could be very good. It would be nice to see her get to a 120, 150, then 180 average.

The easiest way to teach someone to throw a hook is hold the ball on the side slightly under an on your release come up into a handshake position.
