You're such an inspiration for so many people. i'm still in a phase where I'm confused about being a girl or a boy, and even though i always wished to be male, i never felt genuinely trapped inside my female body. i'll always think of you, especially if things change and i decide to take a huge step like you did. All my love, you're great. You also look awesome, keep it up!

I started T nine months ago tomorrow (I need to do an update video!) and sometimes I get intensely jealous watching other people's transition videos. Like, watching your 1 year timeline, you had more changes at 4 months than I did at 6 (which is part of why I seemed so disheartened when I made my 6 month update video). Things sort of snowballed over the last few months and now I'm a lot happier with the pace of things. It takes some people longer to respond to it, and I've had to teach myself patience, and realize that, hey, my dad isn't a super masculine guy, so I might not end up being a super masculine guy either. And it's puberty, it takes a couple years for everything to fall into place. Anyway, I think you're super awesome. And we can't, as trans guys, compare ourselves against each other if we're going to maintain good self-esteem. I'm glad transition has been working out well for you!

Hi Ty, another inspirational video. You Rock Dude. After coming out again (I tried twice before) your videos helped not just me but the people who care about me see how transitioning from Female to Male can change your physical appearance in a very positive way. I know in a lot of your videos you talk about the sassy side of you but actually mostly you come across as a very smart, very caring guy and I'm sure at times (like the rest of us) the world can feel beyond understanding but you seem to find this incredibly reassuring way of supporting others. We could all definitely do with more people in our world like you. So I'll say it again you Rock!!!

I have some questions. Personally I like to do a lot of research on FtM transitioning because my partner, who I was interested in prior to knowing he is trans, has already come out, per say, but has yet to start hormone replacement therapy. He's going at his own pace, & as his girlfriend I am as supportive as one can be. We have been together for over a year now, he has talked to his physician about undergoing HRT, & he's getting ready to take the necessary steps. I absolutely love him & I know he loves me, but a big part of me is worried that maybe his emotions or mentality overall will change as he is going through HRT. I guess my questions are did you ever feel like that was an issue for you while undergoing HRT with any of your relationships(meaning girlfriend, family, friends)? If so, what did you do in those cases? I'm sorry if this sounds sort of selfish, but it's just a little scary not knowing what could happen. I know everyone goes through different experiences, but I just want to stick with him through it all, you know?
@TyTurner9 жыл бұрын
+Nicole Gomez Sometimes I get a little moody, but my girlfriend has sort of a gauge on when this happens haha she says it's usually the day after my shot that I get grumpy. But it's not too bad, we both know it's just my hormones so we deal. Other than that I've just had a lot more confidence which has overall made me happier! I am pretty insecure about being trans so I get a little jealous if she checks out or flirts with other dudes, but that doesn't have anything to do with being on T though it is probably a good thing to know when dating a trans guy. :)

+SN - Old channel sadly it will probably be lifelong and i cant have any more trauma to my body (already had 6 operations) so top surgery is out of the question as well. i cope mostly by wearing clothes as baggy as i can fit in and not looking at or touching my chest. my bottom dysphoria is minimal and i take the pill so i don't have periods (that gave me the most dysphoria and i was actually allergic to the blood). i am i a wheelchair so i don't need to worry about toilets anymore which is a real plus.

This was so inspiring. I've seen like over a hundred timeline videos on every trans guy I could find. They are all inspiring but this one... At the end, it didn't feel anymore like I was half listening, like he wasn't talking to me but actually thousands of people. At the end, it was like he reached out, saw ME, and talked to ME, like he was my friend. That message hit home harder than any other timeline video I've ever seen. I have no idea how he even did that. I've never met or talked to this guy, not even online. But he knows me. Wow.

oh my goodness have i been following you for over a year now?? also it's been two years (in a couple months) since i've been out to my parents as trans and i'm still waiting for my dad to call me by the correct name and pronouns (he barely acknowledges that i'm trans) and it's really encouraging to hear what you said at the end

You have the best timeline videos Especially the poem that you say to compare your voice, that was so smart
