1. I let my Vjay clean itself and use water only everyday. But after Periods, I use the Vwash to clean for 3 consecutive days and stop. 2. After sex, i ensure to wash and use vwash vaginal wipes to ensure i remain fresh. 3. Drink a lot if pineapple water within the weak. I make my own using fresh pineapples and supplement with yoghurt. 4. I take a teaspoon of ACV in water thrice a week it also helps with maintaining freshness down there. 5. I see a gynaecologist every 3 months just to check if things are okay. I love myself. 6. I wear cotton pants ONLY.. no other material. 7. I shave clean and s ol sometimes wax, immediately after apply coconut oil for 3 consecutive days to help with keeping the bumps away. Works like magic. 8. Shower twice a day. And don't sleep in your underwear. Sleep commando. 9. Drink m.j k lots of water. Flushes off toxins. 10. Take primrose oil supplements. Helps with balancing hormones hence keeping your whole well being on point. 11. Just love yourself. Nobody else will love you if you don't live yourself.

I would also advocate for a menstrual cup, i have used it for a year now amd its life changing, and our period doesn't have odour actually,the chemicals it mixes with on the pads gives it the smell. we also don't bleed as much as the pads and tampons are designed to make it look. They are designed to make us use soo many of them.

I think spray deodorant works much better for those who sweat a lot. Roll-ons leave the area moist, so you still sweat, leaving sweat stains on the clothe😊. Dove spray deodorants work pretty well, with okay scents. I tried Nivea too, but happened to cause sneezing since their sprays are really strong. And yes, deo for men is pretty long lasting.

I have just watched this and I'm just sad because there are so many girls out there who have never heard these things because let's be honest not so many of us were taught how to watch our vaginas. Many girls learn these things from their friends once at high school depending on how open minded one is. I also think there should be more awareness on visiting the gynaecologists, let these conversations be open out there. Mums out here don't talk about this.

@normynorms45844 жыл бұрын
If you take a probiotic at the same time with an antibiotic you are negating the power of the antibiotics. Antibiotics kills all bacteria whereas probiotics ads the bacteria . So if you take an antibiotic alongside a probiotic, the antibiotics will kill the probiotics. It's advisable to take a probiotic at least 1 -2 hrs before or after taking a probiotic
