1) Observe - take 1 min to notice what you’re feeling and thinking 2) Name - narrow it down to one emotion “I feel scared” 3) Neutralize - remove judgement (good vs bad) by understanding that thoughts direct emotions. Take power over automatic masculine thinking (survival based) by choosing next thought. Take illusion of thought’s power away. “I notice that I’m thinking this is my last chance, but that is just a thought I’m thinking it doesn’t mean it’s true” soft, curious, neutral energy is key. 4) Embrace - can I feel curious about what is on the other side of this feeling? Send love and support to the part of you that is feeling or thinking negatively? Don’t run from it, be there for yourself. That which we resist, persists. “It’s ok to feel how I feel”

I PUT YOUR TEACHINGS TO THE TEST & THEY MORE THAN PASSED! I first started with mentally opening my body to allow a space for my hubby - he hadn't initiated sex in months, but he did that night 🥰 Next i came home from work & soaked in a bath changing my routine. After he hunted for me, HE went & got us dinner. I just received. It was wonderful! Finally at dinner when he talked about his car again & what frustrated him I tried the Really Really Get Him. That night he said "what are you doing" in a tone of admiration. THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS, ADRIENNE! It is instantly changing my relationship & ME.

Hi Adrienne, I'm learning so much from your videos, but also from the way you look and how you dress. I'm a glasses wearer, and I love how you adjust your glasses in an elegant way, and I copy that now😄 I feel sexy and feminine even with glasses on. I'm also copying pretty much all your hands and arms gestures, and how you tilt your head. It might sounds strange, but changing gestures switches my feminine energ on very quick. So whenever I'm too much up in my head and start thinking too much about how to go back to that feminine state of mind, I start with my gestures. Thank you☺️

Love this! I now take time to process my feelings once a week. (All different people) 1) I noticed I was feeling manipulated by someone who gave me the silent treatment because I had to be transparent with them about something that was hurting their health. 2) I noticed I was feeling overwhelmed by someone bombarding me with personal questions. 3) I noticed feeling irritated by someone giving me some bad advice and trying to sell something to my friend. 4) I feel confused and irritated with someone I love dearly who keeps contradicting them-self and how aggressive they get when I catch them out, yet it’s okay for them to catch me out on my stuff.

You’re doing great work. Now with 1-4 what is the thought you are thinking that led to this feeling? What action did you wish to take or took? What were the results? NOW, how do you want to feel about (for example) 1. feeling manipulated. For example: thought; everyone makes their own decisions Feeling: I feel scared , thought: I would like to change their health. Action: let me know if you need my help. Result: ???

Amazing video and extremely helpful insights!!! ❤️ On your blog that led me here to watch the new video, it says masculine thinking tends to be automatic and negative. I definitely see this in many men I date! They jump to quick negative conclusions about so much! (Examples- assuming you must not be into them from the tiniest actions like texting late.... or they will interpret an unclear statement in the worst way instead of asking if they have proper understanding.) I guess we just have to practice a lot of patience with their vibes, and speak positivity over their quick negative energy?

When my ex and I reconnected for the third time, we were both unsure of each other and played out a full blown “situationship” for a few months. It got to a point where he was being withdrawn and distant, also found out he was still talking to other women online, and he also outright told me he feels like he couldn’t commit to me. I finally gathered the courage to walk away (which I have NEVER done. It was always him leaving me). I told him “I can’t do a situationship. It does not feel good. It’s either we’re all in or none at all” I also told him “I can’t wait around. I do want a full commitment”. It was mutual, he agreed to separate. We didn’t talk a few days after that. After those few days, I texted him to have one final conversation before we officially part ways. It somehow turned into fight and apparently he was upset with me about something. He went all “im done!” And then I said “Okay, but I still want one final conversation, and I won’t bother you again forever, you’ll never hear from me again”. And I MEANT it! We were going to meet a week later. Apparently, very much to my surprise, it flipped a switch in him within that week. Suddenly out of nowhere he was sure he wanted to be with me, and even asked if I wanted him off the dating app 😂 that week I was also completely peeling my energy off him and went into breakup recovery mode. He told me he cried when I said that he’ll never hear from me again. He told me those words impacted him so much that it shifted something in him. While it feels lovely that his energy is coming towards me, I am also choosing to be cautious. I mean, we have been on and off and we know how it plays out each time. I will be moving purposefully, intentionally and choosing to be more aware of myself and how I respond. I’ve always had trouble communicating my boundaries and wants, it quite feels like a breakthrough that I finally found the courage to speak my truth, even if it means that I might lose him (which I thought I would, but the opposite happened😂) It’s still early to tell, but we’ll see how it goes, wish me luck.

I have a lot of masculine energy in my chart. I’m having these problems right now... I just want someone to keep their word and not lie about money. He started calling me “cuz, bro and the n word.” I do not understand how or where this is coming from at all??? Maybe he’s scared because he can’t pay the bills, but if he would just talk about it with me??? I’m definitely numbing myself, me and my kids lost their daddy in 2015. He’s the only one I’ve been with since and we have a son together that has health problems. He’s a narcissist and everything wrong in his life is my fault. I know people say “run” when dealing with a true narcissist, but I can’t... we were doing pretty good for a while, but now we’re back to him being like “well you, you caused this, you did this, you’re the reason I haven’t succeeded, it’s all your fault.” And I seriously take into consideration what I can do to change, I ask how I can make things better; I say “please let me know how I can better help you succeed, I will do whatever it takes, I’m so sorry that it’s all my fault.” I have no problem bowing down seeming like the problem and taking the blame of everything to help him feel elevated or better; but sometimes it takes its toll on me!!! I wish everyone the best day ever!!! You’re beautiful, you’re amazing, you’re intelligent, you deserve the very best in life, you’re worth more then the finest things and you’re LOVED!!!! Sending everyone love, light and prayers for many blessings!!!
@AdrienneEverheart4 жыл бұрын
Ok let’s chang this ASAP to: I trust you got this. I know you’ll figure it out.” You are NOT responsible for how anyone feels. “I hear you’re upset and you feel/you think it’s my fault, yet I can’t make you or anyone feel anything. You are a man and I trust you know what’s best for you.” You are not helping him by being a whipping boy. Stop being a victim now. Own your own power. If he yells, you leave the room. “I want a relationship with no yelling. I want a man who can talk calmly can we do that please?” You just set the precedence. You stay calm. Have boundaries. You are not responsible for him. End the Drama. Go deeper with “500 Ways,” ebook and 2 day video classes. bit.ly/500waysbook

Hi Adrienne, Thank you for taking the time to make such great videos for us all. I am currently wondering if I handled this situation correctly with my husband. He is a great guy who means well but has a natural tendency towards what feel to me like biting, sarcastic comments and critical remarks that I think he intends as humor. He speaks this way to other people as well, even his daughter, whom he adores. She takes it well and laughs it off, but for me it really affects my emotional and mental wellbeing, and more so as time goes on. After several earlier attempts at bringing this to his attention, this week I told him in the kindest but firmest way I could that I love him deeply but feel "battered verbally, bruised emotionally, and pushed away physically (another issue)". He was shocked and devastated by my words and now seems to be depressed and at a loss as to how to be around me and has withdrawn. Did I handle this the wrong way? I hate hurting him, but I don't know how long I can go on feeling like a punching bag. Is the problem with me? Am I possibly too sensitive or just not accustomed enough to his personality? I appreciate any advice you might have.
@AdrienneEverheart4 жыл бұрын
You did just perfect. You are no more responsible for how he feels nor is he responsible for how you feel. You can tell him you’re super sensitive and know he doesn’t mean it bad but you just crumble and can’t do it. There have been a few weeks recently where we hung out once a week and he would come over around 8pm and then leave the next morning at around 1. I really feel like we are not spending enough time together but I understand that he’s busy. I sometimes feel like he could be making more time for us to hang out and in the day time but a lot of times it’s last minute and I usually accept it. I want him to actually prioritize spending more time with me and making me feel special not just a last minute hangout at night and then leave when he wakes up. I feel like I can’t really say this to him because then I sound selfish that I’m demanding his time when he has sports practice and schoolwork and races to do. He has said sorry that he’s been so busy lately but I don’t know. Last night he ended the goodnight call without saying I love you and it hurt me so bad. I’m confused about his feelings. What should I do?

Thank you so much for all of your help and your videos! I appreciate these so much! My partner and I talk about being married all the time. He even calls me his wife even though we aren’t married, but when I bring up actually getting married I don’t get any real answers from him. However this last time he said “we don’t want to rush”. How can I respond to this and practice not getting triggered/emotional when he calls me his wife without actually being engaged to me?
@colleenfremont-smith37834 жыл бұрын
Oof girl, depending on how long you’re willing to wait-and how long you been together, I’d walk if a man was calling me his wife while also telling me not to rush. Sounds like you’re willing f taken for a ride around the block and then some. No ring, no wedding date, no wifey benefits. You should walk away babe. He’s using you. Or if he’s not, once you show him you won’t tolerate being led on, and used while he decides if he’s ready, maybe he’ll step up and get you a ring and treat you with more respect and love.

Tell him you love those words, yet they are just words. “I want to be an honest woman with an honest man... I’m just not sure if we are on the same page.” Then turn away and stay quiet for the next hour even if he tries to normalize or convince. Hold your ground. my masculine mind lead me to scrolling his social media, finding out his alter account on twitter, and figuring out his dark side that he doesn't want to show in real life. he is nice to me, although recently he's acting distant. now I'm confused. I want to keep like pretending that I don't know. but I can't see himself the way before I found out his alter account. well.. should I thanks to my masculine mind? I wish I'm not curious tho.. 😂
@glad2bbiba4 жыл бұрын
What can be a good alternative for being "curious"? For millennials, curiosity is a trigger to get into the masculine because it is normally followed by gathering data, formulating hypothesis, proving, etc. Could you describe what feminine feeling is in "curiosity"? Thank you. Appreciate it.
@AdrienneEverheart4 жыл бұрын
Notice this is a judgment that curiously means gathering data. You can sit back and curiously see what happens next.

Adrienne question I’ve been wanting to ask- what If I feel I need to ride my waves and feel my emotions and need the space to do so? I truly feel he to withdraw a few days to feel my feelings and consider the idea of walking away. Is that masculine to express that I need space?
@Saboramii4 жыл бұрын
Rather is it masculine to withdraw and feel? I guess I feel sad because I don’t like that it’s gotten to this point to where I’m unhappy and need to pull away.

I feel lost, discouraged, disempowered. More deeply I feel sad and afraid of there being no resolve. I feel defeated. I feel unsafe. I feel like walking away. Yet I feel like i have responsibility I need to take and want to see if we can truly mend this.

How to stop feeling like needy in your 3 year relationship? He puts a lot of effort but I want more like calling etc. we text throughout and call here and there. But I call him most for the time and he’s always busy. I have a more crazier job than him and higher pay which is intense.

Adrienne, my man has left me while we were working on trying to have a baby and get engaged. He said I negative and critical and demand too much and left me. Im struggling with self love and learning what parts of me I need to change. I know a lot of it was my doing but I feel I did it to "be seen". I feel otherwise I would have disappeared and just been what he wantes me to be. Can you help me with this please.
