Hi Adrienne! I have been watching your videos and really appreciate them! I recently saw my ex, we have been separated for 8 months now but casually seeing eachother. We both have grown, but he told me he wasnt sure he could give me a relationship. I accepted his no, looked him in the eye and told him I wanted to be a wife one day and to be in a committed relationship or to date again. He did not question me. W had a fight over the phone over plans we had that night I told him that if he didn’t want to come see me to please never contact me again and he then said ok and hung up the phone. I made the mistake of sending him texts begging him to forgive me but he didn’t answer me back that night. I waited a couple days and texted him again that my emotions had gotten the best of me and to reply to my text if he wanted to talk about it. He saw my text and didn’t reply. I honestly decided to just move on with my life. I deserve a man that is able to communicate that he doesn’t want to be with me anymore.

Isadora Reyes same. We had a falling out on Halloween & I told him just STOP texting me, he responds with “Done”. I messaged him earlier this month apologizing for going off on him & haven’t heard back. In my opinion, it can be one of 2 things; they took you seriously or they’re very in their ego & communicating would involve emotions that they don’t want to feel or address. With this guy, he puts up walls as soon as he realizes he’s being even remotely vulnerable. It’s not worth trying to crack them much less win them back when they’re used to that energy or facade & not effectively communicating on their end. Just keep learning, healing & growing on your end, move on. They’ll either realize it later or not at all, but when you’re in a different energy, TRUST ME, you’ll look back at that person with a different perspective & question why you even bothered.

I did this once with my ex. It worked. He called me first. But things happened and this time i initiated the no contact...i told him i need someone who wants to be with me all in 100%. I said i hope I'm here or that I'm still here when or if he decides he wants to be with me. I was tired of his non communication. He couldn't decide whether he wanted to be with anyone. I loved this man so much. It hurt so bad doing this but i deserve more. I began dating, began working out more, doing stuff for me. I don't know if my ex will ever contact me again. Something I'm working on to accept. But the no contact did work for me the first time.

I feel we have a connection even if we are not talking. How weird is that? I don't feel I lost him. My story, we had two dates, insanely attracted by each other and perfect chemistry. And then, even tho he was chasing me, I started to chase him even more and told him I am in love with him and became to much of a pleaser, literally, changed myself so he cut connection with me, but is keeping it warm. When the upgrade turns out to be a cluster, then they return to the comfort zone. This advice does not guarantee a return for the right reasons.

You are right, I can't make a video that encapsulates all scenarios but even if he tries for an upgrade there's a reason the man is leaving the comfort zone and it's likely becasue he no longer feels like a man. Feeling needy I reached out to him tonight but in my messages there was a lot of 'why', 'how' and he just backed off. He said that if he had known that my communication was 'all consuming' he would never had started this conversation, and he stopped it dead. Its so true what ur saying. My man was like hes not ready for relationship even tho we were talking evryday and he was really sweet to me . So i parted with him and we ended in a nice mutual way exactlu how u described to end it in the video (btw i hadnt watched this video back then but i isntinctly knew wat to do as i have always remained in my feminine energy). I feel like naturally hes becomig more drawn to me because i noticed little things he does on my social media amd plus i reached out to him the other day just i wanted to see if hes gona be ok financially during this covid lockdown he was soooo happy to hear from me and wanted to keep talking to me and didnt want me to go but i end the conversation that same night in a nice mutual way between us and it felt really good. I actually miss him. We were in a very fast relationship; only decide 2 months to get married. We were friends back then during our youth and suddenly contact by social media and have conversation and texting every morning..yes it's very fast. We both decide to get married. We both told our life stories in a relationship. We open up so well in the beginning. He has his past trauma of a relationship. I have past trauma relationship. But I already talk to him that I want serious relationship and so does he. So, here we were before planning to get married but I think my masculine energy got it too strong, pushing him to meet up to set up discussing about everything about marriage stuff but because his situation is having difficulties of financial,he got scared and back off and decided to broke up with me and block me from social media...and what u said is correct, I was acting like, "what?why?did I do something wrong? and I try to fix it and begging. And it makes him even farther from me and suddenly I caught his social media from a friend of mine that he post his picture in social media with another woman and I am shock and I left him (already 2.5months). Before broke up, he got hot and cold in our relationship. Then after break up he got even cold and still looking for help from me to start up his business and sometimes he got stress and ask for my advice. I am still give him advice and helped him but I think he took it for granted that's why I'm pulling away because it hurts me. After no contact for a month, I emailed him explaining why I did that but in a kind manner. I set my boundaries by explaining very long sentences in a way (I think more into mix between feminine and masculine energy) bottomline is what I said to him, "I know my selfworth, I don't want in a position of begging a man's love". So , what I want to ask is (I watch your video a lot), during this no contact I was so confused whether to contact him again or not. I miss him but I don't want to put myself in "not respecting" my feelings, I don't want to become breadcrumbs. And I don't know if he's not with that girl anymore or.......(I hate to say it). But yes...I really2 want to talk to him. FYI, I'm doing everything I can to distract my thoughts from him by working at home, plant vegetables, do scrapbooking, anything but still thinking about him. What is your suggestion?is it ok to just say hello to him?

Bottom line, if you cannot control your feelings for him then call, don't wait for him to call. Cuz if it's your ego holding you back then you're only hurting yourself. But if you have a genuine reason to not call him then stick to it.

I have made so many mistakes since he just faded away last May. I initially behaved shamefully through a couple "beggy" sort of emails. Ugh. Then last November, I sent an email which was from my heart, no expectations from him....he wrote back! Then I may have ruined it again by offering to have coffee to chat (in response to him saying he still didn't know what to think of everything). He didn't respond for 2 months, so I replied again saying I hoped he was well and that there was absolutely no need to talk. We are good (it was not a negative email, I just wanted to release that idea of us meeting). Ugh. That was the end of February this year. I think I should give up. 😞.

My husband and I certainly don’t and while we can’t talk in much depth about these topics, as some are more sensitive to differences than others, I can tell you that a man who truly loves you and wants to be with you will do exactly that. Hey Adrienne, I was seeing someone for awhile, about eight months or so but he told me he wasn’t ready for a relationship. He recently just told me he is seeing someone and that I should move on as well. I got so upset that I deleted him off social media.
