Great video, Cynthia. Something else that isn’t often discussed is how we were innately designed to protect and nurture the life we carry within our womb as well as after bringing that life into the world. There is a very deep reason for that softness you speak of. Regardless of what man would have us believe, God is good and so amazing in His design and necessity of femininity for life to flourish🌹

Approaching 70, I can attest to the idea a manicure lifts one’s game. My nails were dirty after assisting in our church food bank yesterday. With a Bible study ahead of me & a movie date with my son, it was an effort to give myself a full manicure for today. Already, I feel less overwhelmed & ready to face a busy day. People notice these touches. These habits display inner poise. My stunning grand daughter who’s always manicured, is impressed, my sons notice, & my Bible study ladies have begun following my example. Poise is an attitude. A reflection of divine beauty. Even during times of mourning or stress, our inner beauty will speak for us if we agree with God, our Father we matter. Others follow our example, they notice. Oddly, they are encouraged just being in your presence. Keep on being your most beautiful YOU. Shalom. 😇

Absolutely ! That’s definitely the point of what I was trying to get at; inner poise reflecting outward. Laying the foundation of inner femininity, so that outward touches and habits can come effortlessly, rather than simply a checklist of more so superficial things we can do. 🩷

I must say, this video truly resonates with me on a deep level. The way it tackles the topic of friendships and the importance of being able to provide emotional support to others is truly admirable. It's funny how life works sometimes; here I am, leisurely doing my nails, while stumbling upon this thought-provoking video. The timing couldn't be more perfect!

You're completely correct. I'd also like to mention...authenticity. I found myself in a situation where I was living a highly stressful life and was simply letting myself to rest. Allowing myself to embody my femininity better.. because I always felt my best, that way.. But soon after, there was this sudden trend of “Feminine Energy”, all over the internet.. and I’d always been called very gentle and feminine all my life.. yet I began to wonder if what I was doing was "feminine enough." And I would alter my sentences, sometimes without even saying anything if anything disturbed me. And, of course, the mannerisms, the clothes... I've always adored dresses, but I found myself having nervous breakdowns about not "looking feminine enough." Some of these new coaches can be deceptive. I once watched a KZbin video where the "femininity coach" instructed the trainees to only speak in a certain way when around their boyfriend. Like a meek deer. Although that is appealing the first time, and possibly the second or third time. But not sincere. Because women are cyclical beings... We go through seasons of emotions, all in one week. That is disrespectful to yourself. Although not desirable, a true feminine lady can fight battles or swear and still maintain her femininity. We all have. Because that is life. It can be unpredictable. And to simply deny that you have so many flavors... that's just awful. And looking at it from a relationship standpoint.. no man would want that in a love relationship. Men love flavour. I came to the realization that as long as I'm being inauthentic, untrue to myself.. I can't claim to be in touch with my feminine energy. If it's a mask and feels like a burden, you're in your masculine. Because you are thinking rather than being. Thinking about what to say, how to say it correctly, if you're being "feminine enough," and so on. It signifies you've lost touch with your body and are no longer present. Or paying attention to your emotions. So, I believe that authenticity is the most crucial component of femininity. When you're authentic, you act from a position of love rather than need. You want to take better care of yourself, your body.. your mind. You want to be treated with kindness.. to be treated with love, and to provide love in return. You see, you are a lovely, feminine woman when you are at a place where you speak your mind, value the people around you, accept your truth, and cherish yourself.

Another good way to study femininity is to read Proverbs 31:10-31 and do a verse by verse study break down of it. I thought about doing a verse by verse break down of it on my channel

Thank you for this video, I’ve been watching and implementing your helpful tips for a few months now and I so appreciate what you have to say each time I listen. I experienced a lot of jealousy all through my teens and 20’s, and was always in the “competition” mindset to other women no matter who they were. Over the past 3 years I have slowly been learning my value and to focus on God and my own life and honing my skills rather than what I feel I’m lacking, and my emotions towards other women and myself has been changing. It is encouraging in a way to hear someone such as yourself say you struggled with jealousy too, not because it’s good at all, but because it makes me feel like I wasn’t some broken stupid girl for it, it was simply something that a lot (if not most) women no matter their status, looks, ect go through as well, and that it indeed can be overcome. So again thank you. 🌸💕

"would I take in my friend if she hit rock bottom?" What a great question, Cynthia! It really zeros in on our personal level of compassion, empathy, nurturing, and selflessness. Just that one question answers so much to me, as a Christian, about my personal growth in critical areas of biblical femininity.🇨🇦♥️

Goodness! Thank you for this, sun h great tips to get in touch with our femininity. It’s interesting how nail Polish is thought of a feminine trait, yes masculinity is so under Womens skin. I stopped painting my nails because nail polish messed up your hormones and we were dealing with infertility. I painted my nails forever and it made me feel feminine but now I’m embracing femininity in different ways.

My hair will probably lighten up this summer since it does pretty easily in the sun (won’t be as light as before, but probably one level lighter than now). I hadn’t spent much time outside this past summer because I was fresh postpartum
