Thank you very much. That's very kind of you! I'm glad you find them helpful. Let me know any topics your particularly want to see and I'll add them to the list. My website has free mailing list too btw - I only send out revision resources a few times a month so it might helpful. Cheers, Tom

Hey your way of explaining is great. U made it easier. Thanku so much. If in case you check my comment please make a video on sect, cult and denomination. What are the main differences with both western and Indian perspective. Since I'm an Indian. So wanted to know that view also.

Hey Suvi! Thanks for your comment 😀 I'm glad the videos are helping. Have you seen my video on sects, cults and dominations? kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYjJhmmInJaMfas - it might help? I'd have to do a bit of research to understand the topic from an Indian perspective, it sounds interesting though. I imagine there would be interesting differences between a western and Indian perspective given the negative associations western media have with sects and cults.

Hi! I wanted to know if these beliefs are still practised today’s religion in Britain?? Asking for my study 😊
@thesociologytutor24493 жыл бұрын
Hi Eleanor, yes is the short answer. Not a lot has changed with the way the mainstream religions are practised in the UK in recent years. This is particularly true for orthodox denominations. Like other institutions, progress is slow in empowering women in religion.

wouldn't you say that feminist is a conflict theory as well?
@thesociologytutor24493 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's a conflict theory too. If you're studying A level Sociology and they ask about conflict theories, you can discuss feminism too. Most students stick to Marxism and miss out on some marks.

Watson only interviewed 3 women.

I assume she interviewed more or that would be a tiny sample. The article i read only mentioned three though.
