This song is about my favorite Dragon Age character, Fen'Harel (The Dread Wolf), a Dalish Inquisitor, and their story in Dragon Age Inquisition.

I created a scene in my Dragon age tabletop game based around this song where Fen'Harel was accepted back into Dales by the wild and I keep thinking about the iconic scenery of the party sitting circled up around a campfire singing this song to him as the Dales stood in total silence to welcome him home and it's so emotional that even though it's fiction hearing the song and thinking about it makes me cry now very well done bravo encore

I played a female Lavellan my first playthrouh and of course chose Solis for her love. Trespasser twisted the knife.

This goes way harder than it has any right to holy heck. I'm not exactly in "solavellan hell" like a lot of people here, but my canon Inky (A gruff dwarf who went through 3 consecutive crises of faith) grew to respect Solas as a great friend and guide along their journey together, and the betrayal stings just as bad. Even though this song has a definitely more feminine feel to it (And not only because of your amazing voice!) I could see my poor, sad, one-armed dwarf poring over as many books about Elvhen lore as he could, desperate to find a way to save his friend from himself, while we cut back and forth between the depressed Inquisitor and Solas in some dark corner of the world working his magic. Basically this song is beautiful and I love it

Great work. First I saw this I was a bit afraid.. "Will it be good enough? Will it have the atmosphere? Will it catch something special about DA:I and Solas?" - I wondered. But this is truly good. I love wolves. And I always feel attracted to anyone who is anyhow connected with these beautiful and wise creatures. And I like Solas. He's tragic and sorrowful actually, even though he's supposed to be black character. This song is the truth about him. Thanks.

Honestly I can't even imagine how beautiful the world must have been before he fucking destroyed it if he wishes to basically destroy the world all over again in order to return it to the way it was. And I don't believe bioware would be able to make justice to such a world,not with their current engine and design team.
