Legend. He really, really legit does not care what anyone thinks. The last couple of mins of this are the best because he is so into the music he's playing, headbanging and grooving, and every other person in the room is sitting politely still. I mean see it this way- this guy is one of the heads of the second Wave of Bm, and a freakin' music maniac (like me) and his taste is amazing- 70's Rock, Black Metal, 80's Death Metal. He's past 40, recorded 20 Albums in the last 25 Years. He's known, yet he acts like a boy of 12 being interviewed for a school mag. He's (truly) one of the "truest" (or trvest" :D) and honest metal musicians out there.

I enjoy the nervousness, not so much that it meant it was an uncomfortable setting for him, more so that its cool to see people I admire have to deal with the same shit I do. I am used to people I admire being larger-than-life well spoken and out going characters, but Fenriz is always the one guy who I feel a common bond with regarding socializing and dealing with certain anxieties. At first I had the same feeling, but then I think it is just the recording really. Notice how quiet the claps and cheers are, and how aplified and shitty the recording of their voices through the mic. I think that difference gives it a cold feeling, as if everyone's silent. I agree. Some people commenting here are really close minded and only judge for this video. I posted only this part bc I'm a fan of Fenriz but I watched the whole panel and I enjoyed it. The music the other people showed was really interesting, the girl showed a song that sounds kinda heavy, even Fenriz agreed and overall he seemed to enjoyed being invited
@HiddenFormula
@HiddenFormula 5 жыл бұрын
@@MissDafne92 Yeah, quite a few immature comments here, which is to be expected sadly. These fans of Fenriz should learn from him and be more open minded (he listens to loads of non-metal music). I just watched the whole video and all the music the guests brought were interesting and they're clearly passionate. Of course Fenriz's enthusiasm/charisma is more engaging, but just because the other guests aren't as expressive doesn't mean they're being snooty or pretentious. People just have different personalities and ways of dealing with public speaking.

I love Fenriz. One night before attending a metal show my ex made some dig along the lines of "Uhhm. Yeah. You shouldn't wear that Uriah Heep shirt to the show. You will embarrass yourself and people will think you're weird." Ouch. This was right after seeing Uriah Heep live for the first time, meeting and headbanging with them on stage, and having the time of my life. Hearing Fenriz and King Diamond express how much they love the band makes my heart feel warm, so thanks for posting this.

Its great that this album still means so much 2 him...Uriah Heep was the 2nd concert I ever saw back in the 70s & they killed, even tho they got slagged off as a poor mans Deep Purple their early records rock like nobodies bizniz.

Full video is really great too, watch it! A lot of people are knocking the other two artists, but I think they're all a bit uncomfortable. That just makes it more real though.
