WRONG DECISION

I’ve been a Canadian citizen for awhile now. One piece of advice: do not listen to hearsays or “Sabi sabi lang”. Each IRCC case is dealt with by officers differently. Also, do not depend too much on immigration consultants. Remember, they are not the immigration officers so they don’t have the last say to any cases. Actually even before, IRCC have already emphasized that having an immigration consultant does not guarantee an application to be approved, no matter how much you have paid them. Any application in general, whether with complete documents or not, repetitive medicals, biometrics or whatever requirements that have been asked by IRCC, they can still end up with being refused. That’s just how it is. You are right. One cannot be completely certain not until you already have your PR in your hands. So just to be on the safe side “always have a valid status”. Now if ever that your work permit has already expired but your status is still valid then you have to make sure you have enough finances to support yourself while waiting for your PR results. So make sure to save a lot of money. Otherwise you might end up going home coz you won’t be able to support yourself here. Lastly, if you have any questions or concerns about your application, it is best to call IRCC yourself so you get the firsthand answers and not base it on others.

True! I was also on his shoes in 2013.. Processed our own PR got rejected and was accused of faking my experience. What we did? We fought the decision and asked a lawyer to help us.. To our surprise, there were so many precedence of cases ( same cases as ours which won vs CIC aka IRCC). These cases were mentioned on our appeal letter and to let CIC know we are filing a case. 2 days later, we received an apology letter from another officer and everything was fast tracked from there. 15 days we got our PR already. In 2019, we got our Canadian Citizenship. What Im trying to say here is that NeVER give up. You might not realize it right now but everything you are going through is your Refiner’s fire. I agree. I called IRCC every time I have confusions regarding my PR and citizenship application 10 years ago. Asking a lot of people will confuse you even more. It’s the reason why I don’t ask people unless IRCC officers. Ask directly, call waiting will take an hour but it will give you a clear answer. Goodluck!!

PR applications may take months to years. Remember, you are not the only person applying for PR in Canada especially now that there’s been a massive influx of people here. So your case might be different from others. So it’s best that you make sure your status is always valid. Hoping for the best for you kabayan. I think you’re one of those people who deserves to be approved. Stay strong. Happy holidays!

The Canadian Government have every right to Deny and refuse your PR application whenever they feel it’s necessary.. The Government does not owe you anything, they simply have the power to decide if you can stay or not. Kahit pa po kumpleto lahat ng pinasa mong requirements kung may isang loophole na makita ang immigration bureau eh takagang may kapangyarihan silang i deny ang application nyo. Wala pong kasiguraduhan ang application kaya handa nyo pong tanggapin dapat kung ano man ang mgging pinal na decision..

Ung kapatid ko sir nakasama sa pr application ng mama ko noon as her dependent kaso naaksidenta kapatid ko kaya nagstop xa ng one sem lang---nakita po ng ircc na nagstop xa---dna po xa napabilang as dependent ng mama ko kahit nag appeal kami sa ircc nagsubmit pa kami ng mga medical records pero dpo nila tinanggap😢😢 kc kelangan daw po tuloy tuloy ang record nya na nakaenrol xa sa school----pero noon po yun 2005 madami na po pagbabago ngaun so just KEEP THE FAITH po---malulusutan din po nyo itong mga ito❤

Pag-immigration matters na super-complicated, dapat talaga gumastos at kumuha ng professional maski mahal. Kasi pag-magkamali ka sa paperwork, walang tanong-tanong at reject agad. Yun bayad mo sa consultant should be seen as an investment that will pay off in the future.

Ganun talaga brother, paiba-iba ang rules ng IRCC, agri-food pilot din ako, 3 months lang kuha ko na PR, application ko late 2022, after 3 months approved. With regards namn sa work permit, kumuha pa rin ako ng work permit ky kel while nka process na PR application ko, mas mabuti ng sigurado, kahit duble binayaran ko

About over-thinking things. It's human nature po and I am guilty of the same; however, this has a drastic impact on your health and mental stability. My advice, worry about things you have control over. Ang iba, give it up to the Lord and the wisdom of the people working on your papers. Always be honest, consistent and stick to the truth. Canada invests a lot of money to train their staff to protect Canada. They can sniff and ferret out the impostors and liars from those, like you and many other Filipinos out there, who are honest and forthcoming. You are diligent in that you educate yourself about things that matter. Keep the hopes up and keep doing what you are doing... except don't over-think things you have no control over. You deserve to be in Canada and I hope you get it soon, very soon, in 2025.

Don't compare po , each cases is different. Comparing your papers will only confused you. Rely on Ircc website and calling ircc for infos. Also medical expires for only one year. Yan po nakasulat sa rules.. regardless po matagal or maikli process you have to renew it kapag expire na.

Usually kasi Ferdz ang refusal happens kung mali ang fill up at saka may mali sa supporting papers tapos decision is immediate. Hindi na sila magwawaste ng time to process kung me makita sila ng reason of refusal pero kung lahat ng supporting papers are tama and the form is filled up properly ok na yun. Baka hindi lang nasama yung application mo sa quota for last year baka this year kasama na yung application mo. Ang target kasi nila is to make a decision of 80% of total application. Yun yung nasa website nila. I really hope you get your PR and your family. Also not to worry sa anak mo yung anak k started college at 21 graduated at 27 and she's doing very well now. Dasal lang kayo importante yun. God bless you

Ako DYI din, ok lang yang kabayan ang DYI basta nag follow ka ng instructions walang problem yan. Be positive kayo palagi kasi will result to positive outcome yan.

Ganyan din ako nun. Nag stop ng 2nd semester kasi nag pa medical na wala pa din. Nag enrol ako the following sem back to school then after a few months kinuha na passport namin for visa. This was way back 2006

Kaya ako nagrenew na lang ng New Work permit. Advice sakin ng ibang consultant e hintayin ko na lang daw yung eligibility para magApply ng BOWP, di ko sila pinakinggan. Kasi 2mos na lang maexpire na work permit ko. I went to safer side.
