so what happens to the alcohol in the beer? is it used up in the fermentation process? is it transformed to vinegar (you're depriving the fermentation from oxygen, so I don't think so), or are you really consuming a bottle of Guinness when using this mustard???

Oh yeah! I have everything on hand except the beer. On my shopping list😊 thank you sharing ❤ I just finished putting this fermented mustard together ❤️ 😋 now I wait 😮 What to do with the extra beer? Beer bread, or cheesy beer bread? 🍺 I don't know. I couldn't buy a 12 ounce can, it was a 6 pack 11.2 ounce crazy who took the rest of the 12 oz. Beer out😅😂anyway I guess I see beer bread in my future. Anyone who has a favorite recipe using beer please share 😀

I like using mustard when making my salad dressing. I think it would be healthier to try a fermented mustard and probably would have a unique flavor. Thank you for making this post.

I made a ham boiled egg sandwich for breakfast. I used copycat miracle whip recipe and slathered your fermented mustard with it. Oh my i love both together so much!!❤❤ I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your recipe 😊

We buy a lot of this brown mustard several times a month. I don't think this will last us for 6-9 months but it will, I believe, save us some money. I know this would be better for us without all the added chemicals from commercial products. Thank your for this recipe.
