That long right-hander that I like to call the "Snail Section" is completely underrated. Probably one of the trickiest corners in F1.

The first corner is harder to nail and depending on driving style and mainly the car there's different ways of driving the corner the fastest. But yeah maybe you were also speaking of that, but your approach works for the long right hander before the backstraight:D

last V10 ever was in 2006 in the Toro Rosso STR1 when they had poor budget for engine regulation changes, but they had rpm limited V10 to 16'300rpm

With Fuel, hard grooved tires, cropped cars, no ers no drs. Yes they had tc but that's probably 2 tenths per round. And much better Onboard Cameras and FOV.

From 2005 onwards, there were elements to manage, but that was certainly true till 2004. In 2005, it was the tyres that needed to be managed, as they had to last the whole race.
